Rhonda O'Dell is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran with years of experience serving her community. She has worked alongside Commissioners Terry Roland and Amber Mills and has served both the City of Millington and the County Commission.

A former credit union branch manager and small business owner, Rhonda brings strong leadership and deep local roots to everything she does. Her institutional knowledge of Shelby County Government gives her the ability to be effective on day one.

District 1 has been well served by Commissioners Terry Roland and Amber Mills. Rhonda is ready to pick up that mantle and keep District 1 the most desirable place to live in Shelby County.
